order confirmed but SIM card has not arrived

hello members. i ordered a SIM card (order number XXXXX), shipping was confirmed on July 22nd, 2025 . Unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. my address and delivery details have  not changed. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions and/or assistance regarding this matter. thank you  in advance

Did you order a prepaid or postpaid SIM card?

Unfortunately you are signed in as a prospect here in this community so we dont’t have any access to your data.

okay. Prepaid SIM cards are sent by normal post. If your address is correct the letter should have been arrived within five working days after ordering.

Did you mix up the letter with advertising? If nothing can be found you can order a new prepaid card once again. Because as long as no identification process took place the card is worthless for any other person.

@o2_Manga I did everything as instructed and the shipping details were confirmed via email but unfortunately it never arrived. i will order again. thank you.
