Order Confirmation


I have ordered the Google Pixel 6a on 02 June 2023. I paid the initial payment and O2 has deducted from my card. And I do not receive any email of Order Confirmation from O2 till now.

And I do not know how to communicate with O2 customer service because I do not get my Order number even. 

 

But luckily I tried to save the Final comfirmation page when I made the payment.

 

Please help me asap.

That’s a manual process. Wait until Monday & Thursday.

I am facing the exact same problem. I contacted the helpline and they are saying that they can not find any order in their system with my email id or IBAN. The initial amount (€ 5,99 delivery charges) has been deducted from my card and they don't have any info on the order n their system. What should I do?

I did not receive any order conformation and I reported the Problem via PayPal and I got refunded.

And I just place new order again this Morning two hours ago. It is so strange again that I still do not receive the confirmation for my order.

What is happening?

Hey @o2_Flo , I did not received any email. Can you check the status manually and please resolve this? I needed them before my trip and I can not get on full price either as I am not sure about the order with O2.
