order confirmation

Hello 

I ordered iPhone 13 with M O2 Phone Contact on Saturday. I received order confirmation and it says i will receive another one to confirm my order after it's examined. I haven't received other emails since Saturday. Does that mean my order was rejected?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

It might just be that you haven’t received anything further yet because you ordered on a saturday. Whether the order is confirmed or ends up getting rejected, in either case you’ll be receiving an Info, so for now I’d just wait a little bit longer.

    hello! 

    I'm so confused now. I haven't received any other email from you except for " Eingangsbestätigung" nd I have just called customers service,your college told me that i should do einmalige Zahlung  to receive Vertrag but there's no IBAN from you... How can I do this ?

    Hello @Wissy,

    you should have received the alternate offer by mail, maybe check if the relevant mail ended up within your spamfilter. The mail contains all the info concerning the down payment and how you can fulfil it.
