Opt-in number/. Contract Termination

I canceled my prepaid contract with O2 on 17/05/2023 as I am trying to port to another network. I received a mail from the new service provider that O2 should be contacted as the opt-in number needs to be agreed to before I can port my number. I need the prepaid contract canceled so I can move.
