Online contract renewal (+ phone) failing issues

Hi! 

 

I'm trying for a few days to renew my contract through my online profile with a new mobile rate + a phone. Unfortunately, every time I reach the final stage of the process (validating the data), a message displays that because of technical reasons, it's impossible to proceed and that I should try again later. 

 

Could you tell me why and how I'm supposed to do it?

I did, but by calling the customer service :).

I think there are still some problems on the portal, just to let you know.
