On a single order 2 sim cards arrived in two different envelops

Dear Madam / Sir,

As o2 hotline never works , I waited 53 mins to get in touch with someone without success, I am writing here. I ordered one sim connection. 2 sims arrived and in my o2 it's showing that 2 different sims sent against 2 different orders. Actually there was a mistake done by o2 on my order dated 30.01.2022 which was cancelled on 31.01.2022 and the new order placed following the instruction given to me over phone by o2 representative. Accordingly I received several emails together with the order cancellation e mail.  Now 2 sim card against 2 orders received and my o2 is asking to activate both sims. I am afraid o2 will start deducting money from my bank account for both the sims which I didn't ask for. Please look into this immediately before I activate one of the SIM. 

My customer number is 20xy.

thanks for your post and the very complete description!

There is currently only one contract available for activation (Order ID WSFC...19, SIM ID 8949….46). The other contract is cancelled, that was created on the 30th of January (Order ID ...16, SIM ID...96).

We won’t deduct money for the cancelled contract. The delivery of the SIM can’t always be stopped, regardless of the order status. Please also check the online order status in “Mein o2”, the current status should also be available there :hugging:
