Hello my Name is Gigi Basquinas,i am regular user of 02 simcard and internet,just recently i registered for unlimited Internet S special,in which i should pay for 24,99 euro per Month ,i did my registration last august but i still payed 70 this Month,want to ask why ?My number is xxxxx

    First, please remove your personal data here! 

    You have to look in Mein O2 and search for "Rechnung" and on you will find the details.

    If you need more help, you can upload a screenshot of the invoice here but please remove also your personal data before uploading.

      I have removed your phone number, as it can be seen by everyone in our public community.

      Could you already take a look at your invoice?

      There is an item Bezahlen per Handyrechnung, payment with your mobile bill - on page 3 of your invoice you can see what has been paid.
