Hi Everybody,

is there a way to have O2 online reactivate one’s eMail account (mailto:0176xxxxxxxx@o2online.de)? I know it was deactivated somewhat back in 2017.

I am sorry.
The email account is deactivated after 180 days of inactivity and cannot be reactivated.

      Inofficial solution: Another mailbox-owner can possibly create such an account as temporary adress.  :wink:
