O2 prepaid topup disappeared

Hey

I topped up 15euro yesterday, but after few minutes the amount disappeared. can someone help?

    Hello @mahad44,

    thanks for reaching out to us.

    The active pack was in a queue (this was mentioned in a Mail shortly after the registration). Because of that, the funds were used for the pack immediately after the credit top-up and therefore seemed to have disappeared. Please check your mails and the transaction log in the Mein o2 App for further information on that.
