o2 prepaid to eSIM, customer service unable to help

Hello,

I wish to convert my o2 Prepaid card into an eSIM, so I found that it says it is possible but I have to call the prepaid service team. They were sadly unable to help me as they did not speak English over the phone, I then called the English speaking hotline, however they were unable to help as I need to call the prepaid service team since only they can fix this. Will this be vicious cycle of me just calling back and forth with no help, or how do I solve this?

The Prepaid-Chat is unable to help, I will just get someone who speaks German to help. Bit of a shame, but so be it.

It's not nice to read that Bumer's tip to resolve it via the chat didn't help you. I can understand your displeasure about this.
What is the current status? Have you been able to ask someone for help in the meantime and resolve your issue?
