O₂ Prepaid SIM suddenly lost signal / no service

Hello O₂ Team,

I had an O₂ Germany Prepaid SIM card which suddenly lost signal completely. Before that, it was working normally, but now it shows No Service and cannot connect to any network.

I would like to know whether the SIM card or the number has been deactivated, blocked, suspended, or affected by any roaming restriction.

Could you please check the status of this prepaid number?

I am currently outside Germany, so I cannot easily visit an O₂ shop. If you need the full phone number or SIM details, I can provide them privately.

Where exactly are you? Select a local network using manual network selection.

I can't connect to the network anywhere; it always shows no signal. It doesn't work in Germany, Malta, or the UK, and it's still not working now in China. Please check what's wrong with my phone number; is it disabled? I've tried both automatic and manual connection, but it still shows no signal.

Last charge,them is  in April,I guess  It is not the charging issue
