O2 Prepaid Sim ordered but will not be activated.

I ordered a new O2 prepaid sim with 24 GB data which costs 19,99 using the O2 App. I planned to use on my other phone. However, I later realized that I can add a sim card to use with my current postpaid plan with 120 GB data. What will happen if I don’t activate the prepaid sim and if I order a new sim as a multicard? Will the 19,99 be deducted to my bank account (which is registered on my O2 app) even though I didn’t activate the prepaid sim card?
