o2 prepaid sim cancelation

I moved out of Europe and I’m interested in canceling my o2 prepaid sim contract (phone number). It has a little bit of money left in it and I’m NOT interested in a refund or any funds transfer whatsoever. Is there any easy solution? (not involving sending a letter via the german mail, because I’m no longer there)

Hello @OrBe,

thank you for your request in our Community :blue_heart:

You do not have to cancel your prepaid card. After a period of inactivity, the card is automatically deactivated. However, if you would like to have the remaining credit paid out, you can request a credit payment with this form: Click here.
