O2 prepaid number transfer to O2 postpaid

Hi,

I want to transfer the number from o2 prepaid to the new o2 postpaid contract.
Could you please help me with releasing the prepaid number?
And I’ve already requested the transfer in the o2 postpaid account.

Hi @sjpuas,

a transfer from o2 prepaid to o2 postpaid is possible. You only need to request the transfer in your o2 postpaid account. Because you already did that, you just have to wait for a confirmation.
