I have just received my postpaid Sim and I think I activated it as I can surf the internet and make calls. But the strange thing is that I didn’t have to show my passport and I just got email with my tariff conditions when I typed my number in the activation form. (Maybe because I ordered the sim using verified postpaid account).
Could you please help me to check that my sim is activated and help me transfer my number from Prepaid O2 to Postpaid O2?
As far as I know I need to apply for it using the portal and it is free of charge, but before that you should do something with my postpaid number.
