O2 Prepaid internet not working

Hello

My o2 internet data hasn't been working for a week now

I went to the closest shop they told me that the system is down

Im not sure whats going on but i need my internet

Can someone help of how to fix this issue

Do you use Prepaid? How does it indicate that it doesn't work? Do you have no reception or can't use the internet?
