O2 prepaid datapack renewal

Hallo

This is my second month using O2. I unfortunately forgot to top up the required amount for renewal of my data pack. Does anyone have an idea of what I should do as it expired yesterday. Thanks

Yes it does. My balance is €15 and I was using a €14.99 package last month.

What is the name of your prepaid pack? You may no longer be able to book it at the old price because it has been deactivated.

​@Bumer ist es derzeit nicht so, dass keine automatische Reaktivierung des gebuchten Packs stattfindet und man selbst aktiv neu buchen muss?

My prepaid pack is M. I'm not really sure if it changed. 30 gb for 28 days and calls/sms flat rate.
