Hello O2 Team, I am trying to order O2 my Prepaid S through O2 web portal. Whenever I am putting my address it is always giving me invalid address. I do have Wohnungsgeberbestatigung with me from landlord. How to proceed?

I am sorry that the order process is currently not possible.
Are you possibly living at an address that is still quite "young", i.e. a new housing estate or a new flat?
This may be because the system does not yet know the address.
