Thanks for the confirmation.

So after this bill payment made within the transaction deadline date (that is 20th Feb 2026), I won’t receive any more bills later, correct?

Hello Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

On behalf of me, my friend had transferred the final invoice bill on last Saturday, 14 - Feb - 2026. He made instant bank transfer and also mentioned my customer number and my name in the payment reference. He transferred to the Telefonica O2 bank account itself. I informed in the contact form as well. But still the status have not been updated as “paid”. May I know how much time does it need for payment status to get updated on MyO2 app or website?

@PranavSrinivas Great that the payment has been made and the relevant customer number is included in the reference 🙂 It will now take a few days for the paid amount to appear. And yes, that was your final invoice and last payment.
