Hello Team,

I have made manual payment to your given account. Still it is showing payment due. Could you please check and confirm it. 

Note: I have made early contract termination as I moved to abroad. Only the final month’s bill settlement was remaining and I have paid the same. For your reference I have enclosed all the necessary files of the transaction made.

Why are you posting all your personal information in a public forum? 🙄

You didn't include your customer number in the payment reference, which is why nothing was credited. You can only clarify this by phone at 089 78 79 79 456, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

I understand that and I'm very sorry. But I'm in my home country and sim contract are already terminated. I also mailed the customer care but no reply yet. I don't know why exactly customer number wasn't included in transaction even though I specified it. Could you please help me with this

Hello ​Team ,

I am in my home country and i moved back permanently and made early termination. I am not able to connect with o2 customer care and convince them about my payment.

I see that in store payments option is also available.

So can my friend who is living in Germany, make payment in o2 store for my final month bill on behalf of me?

It would be very helpful if this is permitted.

Yes, that's correct. But unfortunately I'm not getting any help through mail and facing difficulties through call as I'm already in my home country.

So in order for my friend to do that, I have few more questions.

1) can he pay by cash at store?

2) does he need to specify any documents or any information necessary to make transactions?

3) paying only the invoice amount is sufficient or will there be any extra charges for these?

Please let me know regarding this. Once confirmed I will ask him to complete transactions in next week.

to have the transferred amount moved to your customer number to pay the current bill, you can try to contact our dunning and also accounting departrment via our chat: o2 Chat-Auswahl.

Hello Team,

I didn't get much support from the chat and they asked me to call the helpline number. Unfortunately I'm in my home country and also helpline is not in German. So it's quite difficult for me to contact helpline. 

Also, my bank confirmed that amount has reached the given O2 bank account and shared the transaction ID as well. 

Could your team member will be able to help me with moving the paid bill to my customer number, if I provide the transaction ID?

No, only the billing department can do that. Please ask a friend in Germany to call them for you.

Bumer's tip is a good one: ask a friend in Germany to call the hotline and clarify your issue. It is important that the person calling the hotline can provide your four-digit customer ID and your customer number.

These are four numbers that you came up with yourself when you signed the contract.
You use them to verify your identity on the hotline.

Hello Team,

I got to know my Persönliche Kundenkennzahl (PKK) through o2 profile ( got help from one of the O2 community forum question). So is this the 4 digit customer ID ?

No, the PKK is not your customer number. You can find that on an old bank statement or in the invoice.

Hello Team,

Thanks for all your suggestions. But nothing worked out for me and its very difficult to retrieve all the information as I moved back to my home country. Unfortunately, I had to pay again to settle all the balances today. This time I used different service provider for making international transaction and I specified the customer number and my name clearly in the payment reference. Amount should be credited within 2 days to specified O2 bank account. Am I allowed to share the receipt through email, if i cannot post it here?
