Hi,

My phone got stolen a week ago, along with my prepaid sim card. I ordered a replacement sim card, which should come this week (I hope). I am having a hard time logging in to my online account as I forgot my password and now have to reset it due to having input the wrong password too many times. I cannot receive an sms for the temporary password because I haven't received the replacement sim yet. I cannot also speak German to speak to customer service and the online support chat requires me to log in to my account as well. Would you please support me with the new temporary password so that I can access my account?

I'm sorry your phone has been stolen. 
The password can only be reset via SMS. 
Here in the community we are of course happy to help you activate the replacement card, but we are not a live medium and it may take some time for a moderator to respond.
The Hotline is quicker. 
Why do you want to access your online account now?
