My phone got stolen a week ago, along with my prepaid sim card. I ordered a replacement sim card, which should come this week (I hope). I am having a hard time logging in to my online account as I forgot my password and now have to reset it due to having input the wrong password too many times. I cannot receive an sms for the temporary password because I haven't received the replacement sim yet. I cannot also speak German to speak to customer service and the online support chat requires me to log in to my account as well. Would you please support me with the new temporary password so that I can access my account?
