O2 not trustable

Hello ​@o2_Gerrit ,

I really dont rememeber such an action on self Service. And it was strange not to receive any warning during or after, any email etc. I see it cannot be changed and reisntated. 

But would be great to have 4 installment. Yes unfortunately o2 has withdrawn 399 Euro amount as a result due to non planned minus cash the usual regular invoice was not paid due to low balance and I was charged with a penalty by o2. Later I added balance and paid the invoice. 

Cant be anything done?

You will need to speak to the billing department.

That is highly unfortunate that your regular invoice then could not be paid, ​@Alliuzun.

I has the colleagues check what happened and the result of their check is that the installment has been cancelled via self service, where a confirmation is nbecessary, therefore it can only be revoked within the already passed within the timesframe of 14 days.

bs0 has give a good advice to speak to my colleagues from our billing department to find a solution for your regular invoice.
