After a year of use, I recieved an email that the "O2 my Prepaid Smartphone-Tarif" was about to expire if I did not top off my account by May 15th (today). If I did not top off, then my agreement would be terminated by June 9th. I ended up topping my account on the 13th of May. On the O2 app it did not allow me to purchase another prepaid 365 day plan because I currently had one (the one that is expiring), so I ended up buying the Prepaid Data Pack M for now, just so then I could extend the agreement, although when I look at my O2 app, it shows that both my current plans, the one that is expiring and the Data Pack M are valid until June 8th (the day before my agreement is terminated). I did everything that I could to top off my account and i would hate for my service to end. I was wondering what the issue might be then. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

As long as you have enough credit on your prepaid card, the extension of the o2 prepaid annual rate is possible. Do you have enough credit loaded that you can book the package?
