After a year of use, I recieved an email that the "O2 my Prepaid Smartphone-Tarif" was about to expire if I did not top off my account by May 15th (today). If I did not top off, then my agreement would be terminated by June 9th. I ended up topping my account on the 13th of May. On the O2 app it did not allow me to purchase another prepaid 365 day plan because I currently had one (the one that is expiring), so I ended up buying the Prepaid Data Pack M for now, just so then I could extend the agreement, although when I look at my O2 app, it shows that both my current plans, the one that is expiring and the Data Pack M are valid until June 8th (the day before my agreement is terminated). I did everything that I could to top off my account and i would hate for my service to end. I was wondering what the issue might be then. Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
