o2 My Prepaid S Allnet doesn't work

Hey, 

I have a problem with o2 My Prepaid S tariff plan. It says that I am supposed to get 3,5 GB Internet data plan and “Allnet Flat für Telefonie und SMS”, which means I am supposed to be able to call and send SMS without limits to all of the telephone networks and pay the same price every month. I have the Internet plan working but the “Allnet Flat” part seems to be inactive. In “Mein o2” my tariff plan is o2 Loop but when I scroll down to Smartphone options and plans, the o2 My Prepaid S plan is active aswell.

Please tell me what it’s all about.
