o2 my internet 150, only get 1-2 Mbit/s instead of 50

Hello dear English Community, 

I just ordered a SIM card from my internet 150, but somehow I can only get 1 to 2 Mbit/s for my download speed. I have already checked the availability, it’s fine and I’ve tried the livecheck. Everything is green. I have also sticked the SIM card in my phone and got approximately the same result. I also tried changing the location of the router several times but nothing seemed to help. I contacted your customer service today and the gentleman nicely helped me reset my SIM card, unfortunately there was also no significant improvement. 
 

is there anything else I can do? If not, I’d like to request a refund, since I order the SIM card through your customer service. :( 2 mbit/s is not enough for my work.

Hey @Lianela ,

maybe you can try the card outdoor with your Smartphone? We can also try to get a good Location in your house. Maybe you can give me a street near your house?

I just tried it outside, and it doesn’t make much difference. The street outside is called “Gönnerstr.” In Bamberg (96050)

Hey @Lianela,

Which network does your card connect to? 4G or 5G? Is it just slow on this street or in general? What device are you currently using :)?
