O2 My Home Termination

Hello,

I had the o2 my home s flex. I sent my box with post and filled the termination form.

I then got the letter from you about the acceptance of termination after 12.06.2023. However, today, I got an e-mail about my current bill. I did not use the internet for a month as I do not have the box so I do not understand why I need to pay this month as well.

I would be very pleased if you help me.

Invoices are created retrospectively. If the cancellation was made on 06/12/23, there will even be an invoice.
