Since September my bills have suddenly risen from roughly 70 euros to 90 euros. Close inspect of my invoices reveal multiple additions for O2 Music Paket Subscription. I have never signed up for this. Googling suggests that several customers had this issues where such subscriptions were automatically added to their account without their knowledge.
Now,
- Please refund all amounts charged starting from September 2023.
- Send me written proof that I subscribed for this service and how I did it! Was it done using an app? Was it done by signing a form at the O2 store? Was it done using a link sent by O2 that automatically signs me up just by clicking on it? It is important that I understand how O2 got my consent to subscribe. I use my phone for very basic services. No one except me has access to it. My kids are too young to browse phones. I keep my phone locked all the time with a passcode. Given that many O2 customers had this problem, this subscription is suspicious.
