Hi, 

Since September my bills have suddenly risen from roughly 70 euros to 90 euros. Close inspect of my invoices reveal multiple additions for O2 Music Paket Subscription. I have never signed up for this. Googling suggests that several customers had this issues where such subscriptions were automatically added to their account without their knowledge. 

Now, 

  1. Please refund all amounts charged starting from September 2023. 
  2. Send me written proof that I subscribed for this service and how I did it! Was it done using an app? Was it done by signing a form at the O2 store? Was it done using a link sent by O2 that automatically signs me up just by clicking on it? It is important that I understand how O2 got my consent to subscribe. I use my phone for very basic services. No one except me has access to it. My kids are too young to browse phones. I keep my phone locked all the time with a passcode. Given that many O2 customers had this problem, this subscription is suspicious.

Yes, I also got the ‘o2 Music Paket’ and ‘o2 Unlimited Games’ and my bill became 37,47 EUR instead of 25 EUR! I never signed up for these ad-ons. I just manually canceled them. Please refund the amount O2.

I'm sorry that there were problems with a subscription for o2 Music. Unfortunately, we cannot determine how it was ordered.

I have now cancelled the subscription and ordered a refund for the charges. You will be informed on the refund in the coming days via Email/text message.
