O2 mobile plan upgrade

Hi,

I’ve set up my 2 year O2 Mobile L Boost (140gb) contract with discount on October this year and realized I’d require more data after tracking the consumption.

While contacting the support to upgrade my contract to existing O2 Mobile XL (300gb) I was denied as no contract change can be made within 6 months.

Can some please take a look at the case and advise if any exception can be made?

Alternatively, may a change of contract owner (to my wife f.e.) be a workaround for upgrading the tariff?

In the end of the day, I’m willing to pay more to O2 and totally satisfied with the service.

The contract can only be extended after 6 months at the earliest. 🤷‍♂️

Changing tariffs without discounts should be possible online.

Thanks Bumer! Yeah, the issue here’s that the tariff was ordered with corporate discount. I’ve already update the original post to avoid misunderstanding

According to your customer data, you have now found a solution.

Is that correct, or do you still need support?
