o2 max simcard contract affected because of home internet contract transfer

Hello,

 

I had two contracts one for o2 DSL home internet and another was a ps5 console with a simcard(02 max), i transferred the o2 DSL home internet pack to my flatmate and now i see that I have been taken out of the discount for the  ps5 console with a simcard(02 max) which is a completely a different contract a total of 25 euro discount has been taken away all of a sudden. can someone please have a check

As I see you clarified already the change of ownership in the following thread: 

Do I understand you correctly that there are now 2 contracts under the same customer number and the contract owner is missing the combination-benefit?

Or could you solve the issue meanwhile?
