o2 loop Still appears

I have activated my Prepaid M tariff (internet/calls) and even on the Meine O2 page the O2 loop still appears. What does this mean?

It is totally correct that your basic tariff is mentioned as “o2 loop”.

I see that you have activated the package “o2 my Prepaid M” on 22nd May 2020. You can see this under your packs at “Mein o2”.

I hope that you now cope with “Mein o2”.
