O2 is charging me extra... again

Hello, I signed an o2 sim contract renewal of 12,99 euros per month and i am being charged 13.72 Euros per month. please what can be done about this?? I am not happy about this.

When exactly did you extend your contract? It could still be partially cancelled.

And what does page 2 of the invoice say? It lists everything that is being charged for and what it's for.

And what is the €0.73 charge for?

Okay i made a mistake with the figures, the figure i earlier quoted was the figure in my contract that i signed, the figure in my current Invoice is Grundgebühren 31,28 euros - Vergünstigungen / Guthaben 17,56 euros = 13,72 euros .

Then it was calculated proportionally, the next invoice will be correct.

Hello, i just got the second receipt of the renewed sim contract and it has 13,44 Euros as the charge for last month, how do you guys explain this again bearing in mind that what i signed in my renewed sim contract was 12.99 per month??

thanks for checking in again. Have you had a closer look at your bill yet?

On page 2 of the bill, you’ll find the charges that were billed outside your flat rate. As agreed, the base fee is €12.99. If you’d like, feel free to take another look there – the breakdown usually becomes clear right away 🙂

Hello guys, i am here again😥, unfortunately i am the architect of my current woes, i felt the 55GB i had for the initial two years contract was too much for me(mostly used about 34GB per month) so when it expired i downgraded to 30GB per month on the new two years contract and now my data finishes before the due date and i still have up to 4 days before the new month cycle, how do i remedy this situation, since i signed this new contract i have been painstakingly checking my data usage which i wasn’t doing previously , Can anything be done to this new contract?? Can i upgrade the data volume without paying double??

that reads like missing about 4-5 GB each month.

With your mobile plan it will be raised by 5 GB after 12 months, the question is how to raise it until then. Our Speed Optionen are a possibility to raise your data volume without paying double, you can order them via your customer account.
