O2 homespot unlimited

I have ordered a "o2 unlimited homespot" last week. Afer two days the e-mail said my package had arrived but it's been 3days seen my last e-mail and i still haven't receive any thing yet

I know it's corona time and understand the difficulty but why would they send me 2 separate e-mail saying that my package is "on the way" and " arrived" ?

This just doesnt matter. They tell you what they think you might want to hear….

The best way to resolve this issue is by getting in contact with customer service. You can either phone them or send them a message per WhatsApp. They should be able to resolve your issue then!

I have received my package yesterday, not that i complain but please don't send an "arrived" email if it's gonna take 5 more days
