O2 Homespot Mflex contract/payment start date

Hi,

I recently received my O2 Homespot M flex. It has sim card in it which I have not yet activated. I want to know when the contract starts? And when will I get billed? Does the billing cycle starts from the day I ordered the Router and sim card? Or does it start when I activate the SIM card (or latest 21 days from the order)?

The contract begins when the SIM card is activated.
Automatic activation will take place after 21 days at the latest. 
The exact start date of the billing period can only be seen after the SIM card has been activated.
You will automatically be assigned to a billing cycle.
This may be the first day of the month, the date the contract was signed, or a completely different day.
