o2 Homespot admin-panel problem


I have a problems in admin panel. The admin page can’t initialize jquery. The router working properly, but can’t something change, because admin panel not working like should.

Some pages working correct, but some not.

I also tried  from the mobile, the result is the same. Some pages working correctly, but some have issue with jquery.

So, es ist keine Hilfe für Künden. Ich habe 3 mal angerufen und jeden Mal sagten mir andere Information:

  1. Eine alte Frau hat keine Information über Probleme mit Website verstanden. Wegen diese Probleme habe ich alle buttons auf English, not auf Deutsch. Sie dachte, dass ich nicht in router admin panel war.
  2. It’s problem with manufacture software, not with router, they are not responsobillity for that.
  3. One man said, that is not only my problem and update will come in future.

Ich hatte ein Gespräch mit acht Arbeitern. Und ich war auch im ein Office, wo ich diesen Router gekauft habe. Entschuldigung, wir sind keine Techniker.

Out tech department is still on the case and is working on fixing the mentioned bugs.

There is still no update for the router. They did not help in the office as then, since they were not technical specialists. The hot line said different things and there was no solution. From the forum, support offered to send a new router, and send this one, but since I did not immediately answer the request, they closed it. But I don’t want to waste time on this. On the hot line one man said, that everyone had such a problem and in time there would be an update. Everyone says what he wants. In the beginning, they sent me several routers by mistake, now I still have to figure it out more with this.
It only brings annoyance, because everything is paid for, but it does not work as it should. And I have to spend my time on all this and seek the truth.

the Update is already available:

g.o2.de/homespotwlan

 

This small update should fix the error which prevented changing WLAN-SSIDs.

Would you mind trying it out?
