the “o2 MyHome M” only permits access to a specific area of the network coverage.

While you´re free to use different devices, the location is set to the given usage adress.

In your case, the adress for the homespot, which is set by typing in the adress in the availability check while ordering the tariff, is the adress identical with the given contact adress.

A usage in a different location might work a few times, in order to let you access the network if you happen to move to a different city, a permanent usage at different locations however will be prohibited by our system.

If you´re planning to use the MyHome-tariff in a different place, please let us know here.

We’ll then switch to personal messages in order to exchange and set the new HomeSpot-Adress as usage adress.
