The refund in these cases can take some time, so while it has been a few days at this point I can only ask you to be patient for some time longer.

How long does it usually take? I feel like i won’t be getting a refund anytime soon because there is no email for order refund in the first place.

it can take some time to for the refund to arrive, but you will receive it and it will always be paid back where you initially made the deposit from.

Hi. No i still haven’t recieved my refund yet. It’s been like 12 days no emails no calls.

You should have received the refund by now, usually it takes up to 10 days.
If you still have not received it, I would like to check this for you.

No I haven't received anything no single penny. It's been more than a month... that's not okay, I've called your colleagues more than 15 times in that time 1st time told me wait 10 business days for automatic refund, then nothing happened after 13 days. Called again this time they told me to wait 10 more days with a manual refund, today is like the 13th business day no refund!
