o2 dsl outage in 10405 Berlin

Hello, there’s dsl outage since more than 3 days in 10405 Berlin

i cannot unfortunately get any help through the hotline!

already tried:

  • reset the router
  • changed the dsl wall cable
  • connect to o2.box with lan and wifi

 

the o2.box homepage always shows either one of these:

edit o2_Tobias: transferred from “DSL: Vertrag & Tarife” to “English Community (mobile)”

Edit o2_Larissa: moved to English o2 Community: Broadband / DSL

The o2 Livecheck from your first screenshot refers exclusively to the o2 mobile network and has nothing to do with DSL.
Please report the fault to o2 customer service when you are at the router.

it seems somehow connected, o2 my service App cannot detect signal as well. is there any mean to track dsl/telephone outages by address or zip code? if the one above only for mobile network

 

@o2_Tobias can we get some help on this please? i’ve been on hotline since Monday! every time i’m either given a different reason or being asked to call again the next day..

as I understand you used the o2 My Service App  Did you follow the steps until you create an error ticket? Because afterwards you get the direct line to our technical department to fix an appointment with a technician. 

Unfortunately we are unable to start the repair process right here.
