I buyed a O2 CONTRACT SIM plan for 39.99 euro which after discount costed me 20 euro monthy (I am student in university). But when the bill is generated I am getting bill for 2 sim cards . (I buyed same on 08.06 .2020)

i.e

  1. O2 Free S
  1. O2 Free Unlimited Smart - ( I only buyed this one and is using it currently)

The O2 shop person gave me one extra sim (1) which was free which he said and I am not even using it.

 

Could you please let me know what needs to be done . I can share you the invoice as well.

While buying he confirmed the monthly tarrif will only be 20 euros , except for the first month extra charge.

welcome to our English community again. I regret that there was obviously a misunderstanding when you were in the shop. 

 

I just checked your data. As you already found out, you made 2 contracts in the shop: one for the tariff “o2 Free S incl. Young People” for 9,99 € and one for the tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart Kombi” for 19,99 €. 

 

As you already made the contract on 8th June 2020, I do not see any opportunity to cancel the contract “o2 Free S incl. Young People” immediately. As @bs0 already suggested to you, the only way to clarify that, is by contacting the shop again. 

 

By the way, even if you will be successful in cancelling the tarif “o2 Free S incl. Young People” you will certainly lose the combination-benefit of 20 € for your tariff “o2 Free Unlimited Smart Kombi”, as you only got this discount because of ordering 2 contracts. 

 

And additionally, you signed for these 2 contracts. 

 

I regret that I cannot offer you any solution today. I hope that you still can find a solution with the shop.
