O2 Contract not cancelled, Request Made in August

Hello,

 

I cancelled my contract in August but I am still being charged for it. Can someone from o2 take a look at it.

thank you for your reply. Bollermann has already explained it very well. Our invoices are calculated retroactively. So you can expect at least one more invoice. Your last invoice will also be declared as a ‘final invoice’. After that, there will be no more invoices.

Unfortunately I can not take a look into your account because its not linked to your community login.

Do you maybe know the exact date when your contract ends after 24 month? Was it in august or did you cancel the contract in august?

It seems I mixed it up with my other contract. I sent the request in August but it ended on 30.10.2025 since start date was 30.10.2023. 
 

In this case what steps should I follow to cancel? Or can you carry it out it if I provide the info here. Thanks

See yout invoice, sides 2 and  3, "gekündigt zum". 

When it ends on 30.10.25, you pay til that . the last charge for it is backdated in november.
