O2 charged 1,49 extra even though i had an active plan

I had O2 prepaid S active but O2 still charged me 1,49€ extra. I don’t speak German and hence was not able to get support on the call. Can someone provide insights on how to get refund.

There was a general outage on March 12th. All affected customers will automatically receive a refund.
