I had my technician appointment 2.5 weeks ago at the end of July, and everything had been working great until last night. I used the internet yesterday morning, went to work, and when I came home, it was no longer working. Here's the message I get:
I've tried a simple reset and unplugging the box, but neither has worked. The WLAN is working fine, but the internet light is off. I'm not really sure what the problem is. Has anyone else run into this?

Hi,
test a hard-reset of the box: press the reset-button 30 seconds, wait until the box has restarted and start the Einrichtungsassistent, remeber for this you need the access data (Zugangspin).
If this not helpfull call the o2 technical support for free 0800-5251378 (gemran speaking menu) or use the livechat to report the disorder.

Thanks for the reply. I tried a factory reset as you suggested, but the internet light still hasn't come on, so I can't even get to the stage of entering the Zugangspin. Is there a direct link to the livechat? I haven't been able to successfully find/launch it.

it sucks, but in my opinion it is necessary to contact the o2 technical support, a technical problem is probably.

Looks like a problem in the general connection. You should contact the tech support at 0800 123 7744 to open a ticket. Sometimes they can repair this by restart your node but sometimes a technician is needed.
