o2 app registration and login problem

Hi..I am o2 client for 3 years...I have homespot contract for 24 months..after it is expired I have no access anymore to app...and I don't have a o2 mobile number..I have another two contracts with Xbox series x and PS5 and I want to see like before my bills etc..how can I do it?

Register the contract number for your mobile phone contract, and you will see your installment plan.

You can find the contract number on the invoice for your *my Handy* contract.

I make the contract online,so I receive only the letter with my order details like rechnungsnummer,kunden-nr,auftragsnummer

How long have you had the contracts for the Xbox and the PS5?

I bought Xbox like 20 months ago and PS5 like 6 months ago... I don't remember exactly,this is the reason why I need access to the app... because when my homespot contract is ended they deleted also my access for the app

If you ordered online, you can get a copy of the invoice from customer service.

It shows the contract number that, as already mentioned, you use to register for Mein o2.
