I have had a old o2 365 paya s you go data plan that has run out.

I have bought and activated the new o2 365 150GB sim card.

How do I port my number from the old sim to the new sim card  and make it the only card I use now ?

@365_DataPlan You can use this form:
https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/internes-portierungsformular

You need to send it via letter to o2.

OK thank you for that information.

The new SIM says it is active but it has not been given a telephone number it says it is “Neu SIM Card 1”  when I try and find any details about it I get the failure “Request failed with status code 404”

Q- Why does the new card not have a telephone number ?

Q- Is using the form that you suggested the best way to go ?

The new card must have a telephone number. Call somebody and they should see the number.

The form is for transferring an existing number, which is what you want to do, right?

The SIM Card is in a mobile wi-fi router and it will not connect to the network.

In the Mein O2 web page the card is showing as:- Neu SIM Karte-1,

there is no number given as on my original 365 is still active but has been changed to O2 internet to GO.

When I look at the overview I get “ Request failed with status code 404”

I have no need for the old number I just need Any connection to the O2 network, this appears to be blocked.

Hello @365_DataPlan,

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Have you activated the SIM card, as you can do via our activation page?

If it is activated and you get the error message shown, have you tried the SIM card in a smartphone to see what is shown?

Best Regards,

Gerrit

Thank you for the reply,

I have activated the card on the page.

The card is active in my area in O2 but there is no connection and even when in a phone there is no connection to the network,

The details show “Request failed with status code 404” so only No number allocated to this card ?

Hello @365_DataPlan ,
I can't find the 150GB plan.
Please contact the Prepaid Hotline (0176 88 85 52 82, Mon–Fri 7am–8pm, Sat 10am–6pm, weekdays)
so that our team can check whether the SIM card is actually active.
Kind regards,
Solveig
