I regret that you would like to terminate your prepaid-card. According to your wish, I have just released your prepaid-number for porting to another provider.
You received a confirmation by SMS. Please contact now your new provider to order the porting of your prepaid-number. We will charge you with the fee of 6,82 €. Please make sure that you have this amount loaded on your old prepaid-card.
If you still have a remaining amount after the porting, fill out this document: payback of remaining amount to your bank-account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank-account.
