Number Porting Reverse

Hello

 

I request to port my number of O2 to different supplier,  but the supplier cannot provide the sim card. And I want to reverse the operation, go on with O2 but since process started, my O2 number will be closed, is it a way to cancel it. I already cancel the operation from other supplier but I also need to inform O2 to take action and not close

Hello

 

I release my number from O2 to move another supplier, everything was working fine but than, Simcard did not arrive to my house and I said Okay I will terminate the contract and go on with O2.

 

but the message O2 sent to me was saying your number will be closed at 28 of April. Is there a way to cancel it?

Since you posted in the prepaid section, it will be an immediate number porting process. This cannot be cancelled. However, if the contract with the new provider doesn't materialize, there will be no number porting.

Thanks but O2 sent me a sms and says So since I cancel with Telekom, this has to be canceled too?

Sollte Dein Vertrag nach der Rufnummernmitnahme deaktiviert werden, kannst Du Dich mit Deiner für den Vertrag hinterlegten und von Dir bestätigten E-Mail-Adresse im persönlichen Kundenbereich oder in der App weiterhin anmelden. Die Nutzung der portierten Rufnummer ist dafür nicht mehr möglich.
