Number Porting Reverse

Hello

 

I request to port my number of O2 to different supplier,  but the supplier cannot provide the sim card. And I want to reverse the operation, go on with O2 but since process started, my O2 number will be closed, is it a way to cancel it. I already cancel the operation from other supplier but I also need to inform O2 to take action and not close

Hello

 

I release my number from O2 to move another supplier, everything was working fine but than, Simcard did not arrive to my house and I said Okay I will terminate the contract and go on with O2.

 

but the message O2 sent to me was saying your number will be closed at 28 of April. Is there a way to cancel it?

Since you posted in the prepaid section, it will be an immediate number porting process. This cannot be cancelled. However, if the contract with the new provider doesn't materialize, there will be no number porting.

Thanks but O2 sent me a sms and says So since I cancel with Telekom, this has to be canceled too?

Guten Tag! Der Auftrag zur Mitnahme deiner Rufnummer zum neuen Anbieter ist nun fast abgeschlossen. Der Wechseltermin für deine Rufnummer der 28.04.2026.

Sollte Dein Vertrag nach der Rufnummernmitnahme deaktiviert werden, kannst Du Dich mit Deiner für den Vertrag hinterlegten und von Dir bestätigten E-Mail-Adresse im persönlichen Kundenbereich oder in der App weiterhin anmelden. Die Nutzung der portierten Rufnummer ist dafür nicht mehr möglich.

Is this a pay-as-you-go number or a number linked to a contract? Have you received any further information in the meantime, or have you been able to resolve your issue through customer support?

No, I did not have any update my number is pre paid but has a contract monthly I did it in the online

A prepaid option runs for 28 days, not monthly.

If the new contract has been canceled - the one where you wanted to keep your phone number, then the request should no longer be valid. Have you received any new information about this in the meantime?

wir möchten dich daran erinnern, dass die Mitnahme deiner Rufnummer zu deinem neuen Anbieter, wie bereits bestätigt, morgen durchgeführt wird.

No They did not provide sim card and it is canceled already on their side

@Genc_Caglar What has happened in the meantime? Has the phone number been ported? Please submit a request for number portability with us so you can get your number back as soon as possible, as Bumer already mentioned.

That did not go a good way, ​@Genc_Caglar, that you could not return your number to your SIM card with us after it seems to have been ported although you cancelled the SIM card with another provider.
