Number porting from lebara

I have ported my number from lebara to O2, I got email that its ported and till now I have not received new sim card. When will I receive the sim. I have updated my address also.

welcome back to our English community. Good that you contacted us again concerning your sim-card. 

 

As I see, you ordered the new contract “o2 Free M” already on 11th August 2020, and the porting to o2 was finished on 26th August 2020. 

 

We already sent an exchanging sim-card to you on 25th August 2020. The sim-card did not arrive at your place?

 

In order to clarify that, please check your contact-address at “Mein o2” (https://www.o2online.de/goto/kontaktadresse/). 

  • Is your contact-address correct? 
  • Is your name mentioned on the letter-box?

Please check that before I send another sim-card to your address.
