As I see, you ordered the new contract “o2 Free M” already on 11th August 2020, and the porting to o2 was finished on 26th August 2020.
We already sent an exchanging sim-card to you on 25th August 2020. The sim-card did not arrive at your place?
In order to clarify that, please check your contact-address at “Mein o2” (https://www.o2online.de/goto/kontaktadresse/).
- Is your contact-address correct?
- Is your name mentioned on the letter-box?
Please check that before I send another sim-card to your address.
