Number Porting from a different person's account

Hi O2 community, 

I saw a tariff with mobile phone promo from check24 website and o2 as provider. This promo has a number porting option with a huge discount. Now my question is, do I qualify for this number porting promo if the sim number I was using is not under my name in the first place?

Background: I have recently moved to Germany, and my first sim contract was created by my colleague as an additional sim for his existing contract (other network). 

And I have been using this sim number for a 1 month and all my registrations on various platforms (govt, insurance, other subscriptions) have registered with this number and I would like to retain it.
