Number porting and inquiry about charges

I would like to take my O2 number to a cheaper provider asap, what is the procedure to port my number immediately also what will be the cost for it? please help me!

Hello @hangon_igotdis,

Do you have prepaid or postpaid. Prepaid is only possible via the app.

You release your phone number in the "My O₂“app. This does not result in any costs.

    You can release your number for immediate transfer in the app or in meino2. There is no charge for this.
