Hello, I know this question is asked million of times, but there is confusion, I am currently a O2 prepaid user, my contract with new provider is going to start on 29th april (Monday), I want to know how to request opt to release my number, we can not do from mobile app, also please if anyone can provide english hotline for o2 prepaid user, I have emailed them regarding this topic but it’s been a week, I did not hear from them.
