Number portability from O2 to other provider

Could you please release my number. I can’t figure out how to move my number. I have the required balance on my SIM card.

Hello @Elnathan,

I have just released your prepaid number for porting. You should also receive a confirmation by SMS. You can now apply for porting with your new provider.
Quick question: why don't you want to continue using the o2 service?
